Flomax is in a group of drugs called alpha-adrenergic (AL-fa ad-ren-ER-jik) blockers. Flomax relaxes your veins and arteries so that blood can more easily pass through them. It also relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate.

The 45- and 60-second ads, which show men at a baseball game and on a golf course frequenting bathrooms as an announcer lists symptoms of urinary incontinence due to BPH, benefited from standout, relevant and consistent visuals, said Zamaniyan.
Tied for second place in the ranking were 60-second spots for Lilly's “What are you waiting for?” Cialis effort and Merck's “One less” campaign for Gardasil.
